Business Plan

I spoke to Professor Jones (the Geek's prof) last night to confirm the geek's grade based on the business plan; he indicated that they are being graded on the business plan itself, and it is 40% of their grade (same as ours). I just wanted to clarify for anyone who was having trouble reconciling what we discussed in class last night, and what the engineers may have told you.

Business Plan

Hi Ean:

We are working on our rough draft of the business plan and were wondering about the spacing requirements.  For all other assignments you have requested double spacing, however when we viewed the sample business plans with Sam they are single spaced.  We are assuming that the spacing requirement is single spaced but we would like to clarify just in case.

Spacing on Business Plan

Hey Sunny,

I'm looking for content and how you communicate it.  Will leave the spacing and number of pages up to you.  I recommend that you keep the content of your plan to 30 pages or less with supporting material in the appendices.

Thank you for clarifying, Allison.  That and a 3/15 chance of winning cash is a lot of incentive for cooperation! 

For all teams:  You should by now have a clear project plan that maps out which team member needs to do what by when.  You might want to have penalties for those who don't pull their weight.  (E.g. pay a $20 fine, lose a percentage of any prize you win, etc.)
